I worked with Jeremy Cyrier at MANSARD... He was always responsive to us from the request for information... My first dealing with Jeremy was to his cell phone on a Saturday evening when he returned our call ... He understood the time-sensitivity of this property as we did. If I texted him, called him, or emailed him, I always got a response, even if the entire answer wasn't available at that time. His goal was to get this to closing on time. Highly recommended.

We used MANSARD to help us reposition, lease, and sell a small suburban commercial office building. They were fantastic, well-read in the market place and helped us realize our projected returns. Would highly recommend their services
